Fidinam story starts on November 23rd 1960 with the incorporation of Fidinam SA Fiduciaria e Finanziaria d'investimenti e amministrazioni headed by a Group of young Ticino professionals. Spearheading a new odea for those days, Fidinam soon asserted itself as a company offering specialist expertise in the diverse administrative sectors and consulting services based on close cooperation with clients.
In its first ten years, Fidinam grew taking on 25 people and opening a second Swiss branch in Lugano and one in Milan, Italy, opening up new horizons both geographic and of competences, setting trends in administrative and real estate services.
Against a backdrop of international uncertainty and insecurity, Fidinam broadened its field of expertise, making available an integrated system of complementary services in line with the over-arching client assistance demanded by in an increasingly complex world economic setting.
The major entrepreneurial needs of Canton Ticino combined with the boom of international clients, bring Fidinam to open several branches abroad in order to being constantly up to pace with ever changing market needs.
The Seventies also saw significant development in Group's real estate consulting: in these years many projects were realized, that changed the landscape of Lugano and surrounding, Giubiasco, Surlej, Silvaplana. These were also the years of huge real estate projects abroad, notably in Canada with the execution of prestigious buildings: amongst the others, the Hudson's Bay Centre, Toronto, CA.
To answer the needs of national and international clients, Fidinam Group shoed great foresight in selecting and developing with strong determination new activities and new opening.
In these years administrative consulting enriches with tax and fiscal international consulting that constitutes key factor of Group success even today. In this decade, Fidinam Group Holding focuses on "more fiduciary and professional services".
The Nineties were characterized by the all-important issue of European integration and the consequences this would have at a global and micro economic level.
During these heady years, the Fidinam Group responded by further deepening its highly specialised services and the breadth of professional expertise for its clients. The three operational divisions that still characterise the Group's service were implemented: tax consulting, business consulting and real estate consulting.
The hallmark of this decade can be described as task diversification through skills specialisation and ambitious goals that lead to corporate structure that is still in force today.
The global economy and major role played by services industry gave rise to a new dynamic which demanded prompt response and capability to adapt to a legal and regulatory framework under constant and rapid change.
The Fidinam Group responded by becoming even more specialised, branching out into new units to which were granted new autonomies and competencies.
The challenges set by new markets and technologies lead the Group to reinvent itself, both geographically and internally.
In 2011, Fidinam Group broads up in Asia by incorporating Fidinam (Hong Kong) Ltd. and, in 2014, Fidinam Group Worldwide that leads to a strategic change: Fidinam Group Holding SA operates from Lugano, covering Switzerland and Europe, while the markets outside of Europe are served by Fidinam Group Worldwide Ltd based in Hong Kong.
Such a speed in changes and technology potential lead to new company incorporation, always preserving Group's DNA: dynamism, specialisation and trust.
Today, Fidinam is present in over 90 Countries, supporting businesses, entrepreneurs and private clients by offering counselling services in tax, business and real estate matters.
