Fidinam Group has concluded a partnership agreement for Direzione Lavori SA (DISA), whereby Galli Group takes over a majority stake in the company.
Galli Group is a real estate group with more than 40 years of experience in comprehensive real estate transactions, with a strong regional presence and a steady growth path. Headquartered in Grono and Rivera, it operates throughout Ticino in various areas of construction, from the development and management of real estate projects to consulting and spatial planning.
By becoming part of the Galli Group ecosystem, DISA will not only benefit from the synergies activated within the network of six Galli Group companies, but will also be able to actively contribute to its development.
For DISA, this transaction represents a consolidation of its activities and a prospect for growth in synergy with a key operator in the area. It is a strategic step that provides employees with continuity, solidity and a forward-looking vision.
DISA will keep its name and continue its activities in its offices on Via Maggio in Lugano, maintain all internal relations, as well as current general services. The Fidinam Group will remain represented on DISA's board of directors.
With this step, the Fidinam Group completes the strengthening of its presence in Ticino's real estate sector, adding to its established real estate management and brokerage business through GPM the collaboration in real estate promotion with EROP in place since last year and now the collaboration with the Galli Group.
