Press Release: Fidinam Group Holding SA and Swiss Finance & Property Group AG invest in Erop Generation AG, the new Swiss real estate development company founded by Andrea Blotti and Manuel Sassella.
Lugano, 4 October 2023 - Fidinam Group Holding SA and Swiss Finance & Property Group AG (SFP) are the new shareholders of Erop Generation AG, founded in May 2023 by Andrea Blotti and Manuel Sassella.
The aim of the two founders, who have been active in property development for many years, is to create a group with multidisciplinary expertise that can become a real estate investment platform operating throughout the Swiss market.
The EROP Generation AG Group consists of four companies:
- Erop Real Estate & Partners AG, which focuses on property development;
- Impact Zero Real Estate AG, whose mission is to create a real estate portfolio that generates a positive impact through urban renewal, energy efficiency and providing new types of housing to meet societal needs;
- BIM Designers AG, specialising in integrated design;
- LIVE MELOW AG, created to offer new digital solutions and concepts in the rental sector.
