The Fidinam Group expands its activities in Switzerland and acquires selected fiduciary mandates from PwC Switzerland in its Lucerne and St. Gallen offices. As part of this acquisition, a team of ten professionals in the areas of administrative and tax consulting, payroll accounting, and fiduciary will move to Fidinam. At the same time, Fidinam acquires a specific client portfolio consisting of medium-sized industrial and service companies with national and international operations.
This acquisition follows the one done four years ago, also with PWC, in the field of implementing administrative digital ERP platforms. The synergies between the two segments, fiduciary and digital consulting, are giving us great satisfaction by profiling us at the forefront of the digital fiduciary setting.
With the establishment of Fidinam (Luzern) AG we further consolidate both the business model and our widespread presence throughout where Fidinam has its own offices and production units in Zurich, Bern, Lucerne and Geneva. In addition, being able to grow through an already mature and established operation is an attractive advantage that we intend to exploit in order to quickly reach a size proportionate to the market, which is significantly larger than our local one.
