Ms. Carol Lum, Senior Investment Director at Austrade
Carol Lum is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in government relations, private equity and consulting across the Asia-Pacific region. As Senior Investment Director for Southeast Asia at Austrade, she has attracted and facilitated productive foreign direct investments from Southeast Asia into Australia across green economy sectors including renewables & energy storage, low carbon fuels and critical tech infrastructure.
Carol serves on the advisory board of the Asia-Pacific Agri-Food Innovation Summit, the anchor event of Singapore International Agri-Food Week (SIAW). She also serves on various boards and committees including the Ministry of Education’s School Advisory Council and SHINE Children and Youth services. In 2023, Carol was selected as one of the ten mentees in Board Agender Mentoring Programme for Women Directors, under Singapore Council of Women Organisation (SCWO).
Carol holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree in Banking and Marketing from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. She is also a member of CPA Singapore and a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK.
Ms. Katrina Luo, Manager Accounting & Corporate Services at Fidinam Australia
Katrina has 8 years of experience across the fields of tax compliance, financial advisory, accounting, and corporate services in different industries in Australia. Graduating from University of Sydney, Katrina holds a Master Degree of Professional Accounting and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with CAANZ. She started her career in the public practice in Australia and has built a strong capability in helping clients from high-net-worth individuals to international businesses.
She specialises in helping the international businesses expand their operations in Australia. Her expertise includes company setup, HR management, and the implementation of accounting software and financial reporting and analysis systems. From the initial stages to ongoing support, she provides comprehensive services to ensure a seamless integration into the Australian market.

Mr. Andrew Fraser, Partner at BDJ
Andrew has been working in public practice firms for over 30 years since finishing high school in 1990. After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Sydney in 1994, Andrew went on to complete his Professional Year Program (including receiving a merit list award for the Small Business Advisory module) and was admitted as a member of the now Chartered Accountants, Australia and New Zealand in 1996. Andrew is also a qualified self-managed superannuation fund auditor.
Andrew’s experience has been built mainly from being part of smaller firms, he first became a partner in a firm called Boulter Partners in 2007, before merging this firm with BDJ in 2011 and has been with BDJ since. Most of his experience has centred around the provision of business advisory services to a broad range of small to medium-sized businesses, high net wealth individuals and looking after the taxation needs of a variety of individuals at their various stages in their working lives. Andrew has an active interest in superannuation, and assists his clients (with the appropriate assistance of financial planning and estate planning specialists) in achieving their desired goals in this space also.
