Desk Manager - Fidinam Singapore

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional to play a key role in the development of our relationship management department. You will manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients from various industries (included but not limited to Food & Beverage, Construction, Trading and Tech) as well as generate new business for the Singapore office and the other Fidinam units.


  • Handle full-suite of incorporation & business support services for clients.
  • Manage & upkeep excellent client relationship.
  • Understand client needs (individual, family, business) and develop long term client relationships.
  • Keep updated with client profiles, investment objectives and risk appetite
  • Advise and develop investment strategy that aims to meet clients’ objectives, needs as well as risk profiles.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing, prospecting and new product development initiatives.
  • Aspire to achieve individual performance objectives, from client book development, sales /financials, to upholding risk/compliance culture.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the local regulatory requirements of the investment advisory business and apply this knowledge appropriately.
  • Leverage on your existing network to generate new business for Fidinam Singapore
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Banking / Business Administration with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the sectors Corporate Service Providers/financial advisory firms.
  • Strong sales track records, experience in selling business entities will be highly regarded. The candidate must have an existing network of business partners and industry actors.
  • Solid understanding of investment products and strategy for corporate clients.
  • Strong judgement and big-picture thinking on top of industry or functional expertise.
  • Possess a successful track record of developing, managing, and growing strong relationships with executive decision makers.
  • Demonstrates effectiveness in self-management.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. The client must have sales track records with foreign investors.
  • Open to travel whenever required.

Senior Accountant - Fidinam Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:


  • Supervise daily operations of accounting and financial reporting function;
  • Handle full set of accounts independently;
  • Assist in group reporting and budgeting;
  • Provide accounting services, prepare management information reports and supporting schedules to external clients;
  • Assist in year-end audit for internal group companies and external clients;
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment as required.


Job Requirements:

  •  Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines;
  • Member of HKICPA or ACCA is preferred;
  • Minimum of five years accounting and finance experience. Experience gained from CPA firms and/or group level consolidation experience is an asset;
  • Familiar with the knowledge of HKAS and HKFRS;
  • Able to work independently and a good team player;
  • Exposure in multinational environment is an advantage;
  • Working experience with trust company is an advantage;
  • Good communication (written and oral), interpersonal and analytical skills;
  • Strong self-motivation, responsible and able to meet tight deadlines;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is required;
  • Proficiency in MS Office such as Word and Excel;
  • Familiar with Accounting System will be an advantage.

Blockchain Analyst - Fidinam Hong Kong

Position Description

We are seeking an entry level graduate Blockchain analyst passionate about the financial industry and crypto currencies. This individual should be self-motivated to drive solutions and proactively create opportunities. Basic experience with Blockchain technology is preferred.

• Research and collect information about companies operating in the blockchain space in Hong Kong S.A.R. and offshore, with a focus on entities regulated by the SFC, the HKMA or other government bodies.
• Communicate complex business needs into clear, actionable corporate structuring and licensing required by Clients operating in the blockchain space.
• Work with the Head of Desk to research new solutions for companies trading, receiving, or paying with Crypto currencies, through local and foreign business partners, exchanges, payment providers and consultants.
• Coordinate the compliance requirements of existing Hong Kong based Clients (corporate, accounting and tax) with the back office teams within the HK offices.

Required Skills:

· Blockchain enthusiastic profile, with a basic understanding of crypto, crypto exchanges and the main coins and tokens such as Bitcoin, Etherum etc.
· Graduate in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer sciences or other related degree.
· Experience in the financial technology space is a plus.
· Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders Minimum Education Required: B.S Science or equivalent
