I'm a small company and I'm thinking of setting up an e-commerce: can I do it with Fidistart?

Yes you can! You can leverage the Webshop package to set up your e-commerce and being online in less than you think!

Fidistart uses a consortium of Swiss software manufacturers to provide an accounting module, a Webshop module and CRM at super competitive prices. It is also possible to interface the system with physical checkouts (POS) in order to create a truly digital business or restaurant.

We differentiate between accounting assistance and technical advice. Accounting assistance is generally included in the package for a certain number of hours. Beyond these hours we will have to invoice you for the time spent, but we will do everything we can to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Technical support can be found in the software usage guide, through the software manufacturer's support or in the software manufacturer's tutorials and online forums. If this is not enough, we are available to provide the necessary technical support at a very competitive price.

With Fidistart it is not necessary to send us any paper documents. Invoices are issued by you, directly from the system. You do not need to send us any statements. The system is connected with over 70 banks and if your bank is not one of them, you just need to access e-banking, download a file and import it into the system. You will receive guidance for all of this.

Here, too, we offer you a digital service. Through an application available for both APPLE and ANDROID, you can photograph your slip. The software will ask you to validate the data and the accounting entry will be processed.

Your customers will receive an email with a link that will provide direct access to a portal where they can both pay the invoice directly online and download and pay it using traditional methods. The advantages? You will avoid shipping costs and can check at any time whether the invoice has been opened or rejected. Your customer will also be always updated on the status of the invoices thanks to the appropriate portal.

Fidistart allows you to manage many operations autonomously: when this is not possible, the system is interfaced with Fidinam's ERP accounting software to complete all the functions you need.
