The event

The United Arab Emirates is introducing a new mandatory e-invoicing framework that will transform how businesses issue, exchange and manage invoices.

This is far more than a simple move from paper to digital documents. Under the new framework, businesses will be required to exchange structured invoice data through accredited service providers, creating greater integration between accounting systems, business processes and tax compliance obligations.

The first deadlines are approaching rapidly. Businesses with annual revenues of AED 50 million or more must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026, while mandatory implementation begins on 1 January 2027.

To help business owners, CFOs, finance professionals and tax specialists understand the practical implications of the new rules, Fidinam is hosting a dedicated webinar on UAE e-invoicing.

During the session, we will explore the regulatory, operational and technological aspects of the reform, with a particular focus on the actions businesses should take now to ensure a smooth and compliant transition.

Why attend?

The introduction of e-invoicing in the UAE is much more than a software upgrade.

Businesses will need to:

    • determine which entities and transactions fall within the scope of the regulations;
    • assess the quality of customer and supplier data;
    • adapt ERP and accounting systems;
    • select an Accredited Service Provider;
    • establish new control and reconciliation procedures;
    • ensure compliance with the prescribed invoicing timelines.

Starting early can significantly reduce implementation risks, avoid disruptions to invoicing processes and support a more efficient transition to the new framework.

Who should attend?

This webinar is designed for:

      • business owners operating in the UAE;
      • CFOs and finance managers;
      • accounting and administration professionals;
      • tax managers and compliance officers;
      • international companies with UAE subsidiaries or branches;
