Round table CC-TI the 25th of September: new forms of work between technology and sustainability

Digital transformation, as well as new technologies and changes taking place in the labor market have radically changed individual needs as well as those of the economic world and, more generally, of society.
The great change underway implies different needs and different reactions, depending on the context in which we move. There are some common denominators: a change in business models and a greater demand for flexibility.
The new business models and the renewed corporate strategies aim at a “governance” that focuses on sustainability, at three levels: economic, social and environmental. By combining these two factors – new technologies and sustainability – then business models and strategic policies are created that combine multiple benefits for the whole economy.
During the event entitled “New forms of work between technology and sustainability” we will talk about the role of training and talent management, as a basis for the success of doing business, with sectoral testimonies. It will be the theme of the value of flexibility to remain competitive in an increasingly global world, as we are confronted with a new corporate culture. Finally, we will try to better understand some forms of work that are increasingly used in companies, with an eye to the wellbeing of human resources, with positive influences on company efficiency. All at 360 degrees, towards a change of cultural paradigm that invests companies and society.
