Generational Change at the Head of Fidinam Group

Written by Fidinam News | 2/06/26

Over more than 65 years of history, Fidinam Group has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to generational renewal at its leadership level, with the aim of ensuring solid growth prospects and continuing to provide clients and partners with high-quality, up-to-date professional services. In this context, the Board of Directors of Fidinam Group is pleased to announce important developments.

As of July 1, 2026, Roberto Grassi will step down as CEO, a position he has held for 25 years, and will simultaneously assume the role of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fidinam Group Holding SA. In this capacity, he will oversee special assignments and is expected to take on further important roles within the Group in the coming months.

The Board of Directors has appointed John Muschietti as the new CEO of the Group, choosing to promote an internal resource. Thirty-five years old and a graduate of the University of St. Gallen (HSG), he has been with Fidinam for ten years, during which he has held various positions, including CEO of Fidigit (Schweiz) AG over the past three years. In this role, he has made a significant contribution to the Group’s expansion in German-speaking Switzerland and to the notable improvement of the unit’s financial and economic performance. Muschietti has proven his capabilities in all functions he has held, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to respond promptly to the profound and rapid economic changes of our time.

Roberto Grassi commented: “Over the past 25 years, the Group has undergone significant transformations in its business model, developing a strong ability to adapt to constantly evolving circumstances and markets. This characteristic is now part of the Group’s DNA and will remain so in the future. I am convinced that this is the right moment to begin a new phase at the helm of the company.”

John Muschietti commented on his new appointment: “This represents an important challenge in a world where both market and operational paradigms are changing very rapidly. I approach this challenge with great determination, building on the experience gained over the past ten years at Fidinam, particularly in developing the digital business area. I would like to thank the entire Board of Directors and the shareholders for the trust they have placed in me, which I intend to live up to.”

The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Massimo Pedrazzini, commented on the change: “This generational transition has been carefully considered by all shareholders, in the best interest of Fidinam, with the objective of laying the foundations for many more years of growth for a Group that, while maintaining strong roots in Ticino, is increasingly international. Muschietti has grown within Fidinam and possesses the right qualities to combine our values with the entrepreneurial challenges of the future.”

At the same time as these leadership transitions at the holding level, changes have also been approved in the management of the Administration and Accounting unit of Fidinam SA. Guido Turati, who has been with the Group for over forty years and has successfully led the unit for the past twenty years, will step down from his position. He will be succeeded by a management team led by Maurito Rossi, supported by Manuele Ferrari and Davide Granzella. Guido Turati, to whom we extend our sincere thanks, will continue to collaborate with the Group and its clients.

Finally, a change will also take place at Fidinam Geneva: partner Michel Capt, who joined the company ten years ago bringing his fiduciary firm Aramis, will leave the Group as of June 30, 2026. The management of the unit will continue under Caroline Raphoz, who has been Managing Director since 2022. The Board of Directors thanks Michel Capt for his valuable contribution over these years.
